Here’s a few iPhone grabs from our Cuba trip.
Here’s a list of the apps used: Bracket mode, PhotoForge 1, Snapseed, SimplyHDR, Camera Awesome, Classic Pan, Hipstamatic, Vintage, Flypaper textures, ArtistaOil, Artista Haiku, TrueHDR, Auto Stitch, Clarity (Camera+), Blender. Cameras used are the “on board” camera, Pro645, Camera+. It’s also a good practice to use an iphone tripod mount for maximum sharpness. Check out the RRS iPhone rig which should be out pretty soon!
With an infrequent exception, these are pretty much what I currently use. For those with an iPad, but a different mobil phone, if you have the apps on your iPad, it is easy to wirelessly transfer the full res files from the phone into the iPad.
Click on the first image, then use the keyboard arrow keys to advance through the slide shot.

I shot both iPHone and large camera, Nikolay. You may not know that iPhone can make prints up to 30×40. Thanks very much for taking time to comment.
Sorry forgot to mention, love the picture with the tree kids
Cuba is such an amazing destination for photography. I visited back in 2008 just for two weeks, I wish I could of stay more. Any way, I think place like Cuba deserves something more than I-phone
Thx much, Dan! You are correct, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel, not that I’ve ever done that!!
What an incredible body of work, Tony. There seems to be a boundless amount of subject variety and you’ve certainly have enjoyed this opportunity. Thanks for sharing this place with all of us.
Don’t know, Cliff. Maybe try at a less busy time of day. Sorry, man.
I can’t seem to get your photographs to open. When I click on the 1st photo a clock turns for a while then the page just locks up. Am I doing something wrong?
Thx a lot, Dave! Pretty amazing place!
More fantastic stuff. The cars are fun, yet the shots of people are the ones that really reach me. The shot of the three kids together really captures the sense of joy that exists regardless of economic circumstances and the treatment of the man on the donkey really emphasizes the simple and challenging life that he is leading.
Thx Roger!
Exquisite. Thanks for the listing of apps; need to check out a couple I am not familiar with.
